In Australia

I ship all orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Most items are packaged and ready to ship - and if they are, I will ship your item the Tuesday or Friday after I receive your order. If I am out of stock of an item, I will contact you with an estimated ship date. Please let me know when ordering if you urgently need the item.

A very small handling fee is included in shipping costs.

International

International buyers - please note that I do ship your order the Tuesday or Friday after I receive your order but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Especially during the holidays, packages seem to get tied up in customs, which can delay delivery by up to a week. Please contact me if you'd like Priority Shipping or International Tracking and I will add this charge to your invoice.

All items ship via Australia Post unless otherwise specified (or requested). Everything is nicely and securely packed. Insurance and certified mail are also available. Please contact me if you're interested in either.

Regarding customs: I am required by law to include an accurate customs declaration on most international shipments. Please do not ask me not to do so. You may be required to pay customs duties to your country's mail service in order to receive your package.
